The benefits of the proficiency certification examination can be used:
▪ as a substitute/equivalent to a CSC Professional eligibility
▪ by supervisors to evaluate the competence of current or would-be programmers and systems analysts;
▪ by an individual to assess his/her knowledge and skills for the purpose of continually improving his/her own
technical abilities; and
▪ by ICT training centers to enrich their curricula to enable their students to have a better chance of joining the
corps of competent ICT professionals.

Layunin ng proyektong ito na matugunan ang pangangailangan ng pamayanan, ang isa sa mga aktibidades ng CBMS ay ang pagsasagawa ng survey, magproseso at pagsusuri ng mahahalagang impormasyon sa komunidad na magsisilbing batayan sa pagawa ng mga proyekto at polisiya ng pamayanan.

Sa inisiyatiba ng ating Punong Bayan Kgg. Ma. Caridad P. Clacio ay inumpisahan ang pagbibigay ng libreng Basic Digital Literacy Training para sa ating mga kababayan lalong lalo na sa ating mga kabataan na magagamit nila sa kanilang pag-aaral o ganun din sa pagtatrabaho. Bahagi ng pagsasanay na ito ay ang paggamit ng MS Word, MS Excel at MS Powerpoint.

Ngayong Araw isinagawa ang unang araw ng 3 days Basic Digital Literacy Training 1st batch sa Quezon, Quezon Tech4ED Center. Ang unang araw ay tungkol sa Microsoft Word Office.
