In celebration of the National Women’s Month, the Department of Information and Communications Technology Luzon Cluster 2 – Tech4ED Program will conduct a series of webinars with the theme, “WE Make CHANGE Work for Women: Agenda ng Kababaihan, Tungo sa Kaunlaran.” This will be a celebration of Filipino women’s power to exercise choices, rise above the situation, and have their voices be heard.
