Tinalakay dito kung ano ang status ng tatlong bayan ukol sa kaso ng rabies at ang pagsulong ng mga programa upang ang rabies ay maiwasan at maagapan.

Layunin nito ang mapanatiling ligtas ang bawat isa sa ano mang sakuna at maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19 dito sa ating bayan.
