The BFP personnel of this station, QUEZON RHU & MDRRMO in partnership with the PHILIPPINE RED CROSS QUEZON – Lucena City Chapter conducted the “4TH DUGO MO, BUHAY KO”. A Blood Letting Activity was participated by different Government & NGO / Business Establishments of this Municipality – PNP, LGU, RHU, MDDRMO Employees, DEPED, ALPHA PHI OMEGA, ALPHA KAPPA RHO, TRISKELLION, Salvamed, Card Bank Employees & others wherein 51 packs of blood out of 60 were collected and held at Municipal Covered Court Poblacion 4, in observance of NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCE MONTH 2022 “Sambayanang Pilipino, Nagkakaisa tungo sa Katatagan at Maunlad na Kinabukasan”.

Isinagawa ang pamamahagi ng libreng binhi ng palay mula sa DA-Philrice RCEF para sa mga kwalipikadong magsasaka. Ito ay dinaluhan ng ating Punong Bayan Kgg. Juan F. Escolano, mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan, Tanggapan ng Pambayang Agrikultor, at kinatawan ng DA-PhilRice G. Edrian Nocito na nagbigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa RCEF kasabay ng briefing tungkol sa wastong paghahanda at pangangalaga ng palay.

The advent of Republic Act No. 11315 also known as the “Community-Based Monitoring System Act” of 2019 recognizes the need to adopt focused and specific measures that will ensure poverty reduction wherein citizens have access to social protection and welfare programs that address their minimum basic needs. The community-based monitoring system can generate updated and disaggregated data necessary in targeting beneficiaries, conducting more comprehensive poverty analysis and needs prioritization, designing appropriate policies and interventions, and monitoring impact over time. This system will be used for the formulation of major plans of the MLGU to include but not limited to Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP), Gender and Development (GAD) Plan, Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan, and Local Shelter Plan among other mandatory plans.

Bilang suporta sa NDRM 2022 ng Quezon Fire Station, Quezon RHU at Quezon MDRRMO sa pakikipagtulungan sa Philippine National Red Cross, inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa sa 4th DUGO MO, BUHAY KO Blood Letting Activity na gaganapin sa Hulyo 13, 2022 mula ika-8 ng umaga hanggang ika-12 ng tanghali sa Quezon Municipal Covered Court.
